Mission: In order to bring Clinical Trial Results to healthcare providers in their native tongue, we have developed Clinical Trial Results (CTR) country bureaus. Editorial Process: Our Bureau Chiefs are the Editor-in-Chief for their country. CTR Bureau Chiefs direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in selecting, gathering, and editing slides, news, video, and images in Countries around the world. The Editorial content of a country may overlap with the content of the parent site, or may differ from the parent site to match the practice patterns and interests of the particular country. How Does It Work? The Bureau Chief is charged with assembling a National Editorial Board and correspondents. The success of assembling content in the country's native language will rest with the Bureau Chief and the National Editorial Board. The Bureau Chief and his or her team will upload content (Powerpoint slides, video in WMV format, or news articles in Word or pdf format) to our server. Either the Bureau Chief and his team can manage the webpages with our oversight or we can manage the pages. The copyright policy remains the same as it is for the CTR parent site. A TV Studio in Your Country! Think YouTube for Cardiology! If you have a video recorder and a tripod, this is sufficient for a CTR studio! If you like, we can provide you with a background banner for your newsroom or studio. Do I have room for a studio? Of course you do! Dr. Gibson's office is the Studio for the CTR parent site! It does not take much space. A conference room works well, or interview people in their offices. You make the choice! You will upload your video to an ftp site in the standard wmv format (Windows movie player). We will walk you through the steps to upload the video which are quite simple.
